The success that Arctic Wolf has had in establishing ourselves as the global leader in security operations is a direct result of the inclusive, energizing and supportive network of employees we have around the world. The Pack is stronger together, and our Women Transforming Tech Pack Unity Alliance has played a critical role in creating a platform for employees to connect, learn, and inspire each other.

Two years ago, a small group of passionate women at Arctic Wolf came together with the goal to realize the strength in their collective experiences, sharing stories and their desire to perform more community outreach and create more personal and professional development opportunities. These pillars fostered connections among members and had distinct goals. The pillars as they currently stand are:

  • Networking & Outreach – Allie Drager, Account Representative
  • Policy & Programs – Kate Fudge, Director, Channel Sales
  • Partner Ecosystem – Maggie Bauer, Sr. Director, Partner Operations
  • Leadership & Education – Sule Tatar, Sr. Product Marketing Manager
  • Professional Relationships – Aly  Sether, Manager, Sales Development

Each pillar has been a steppingstone in shaping the identity of our group. As the alliance has grown to nearly 400 Wolves, so has our capacity for shaping Arctic Wolf to be a leader in women empowerment within the cybersecurity industry, and our potential to do good outside of the company. For example, we have established a strong relationship with WiCyS, the Women in Cybersecurity community dedicated to recruiting, retaining and advancing the cause of women in the industry.

We’ve also been able to support non-profits that promote women in STEM and organizations that assist women in their professional endeavors outside of STEM careers, like Dress for Success and WiCys. Internally, the alliance has cultivated a strong tradition of mentorship, with a focus on sharing the best practices from leaders who are making strides and positively impacting women in technology.

“It has been inspiring to see the Women Transforming Technology group grow and connect with women across the industry,” said Bob Skelly, Alliance Co-Sponsor and Vice President of Channel Sales. “The recent celebration of Women’s History Month was a perfect time for allies to recommit and advocate for women in their network and peer group.  As a sponsor of WTT at Arctic Wolf, I have had the privilege of networking with remarkable women across our company and I am committed to continue advocating on their behalf as an ally to the network.”

The members of Women Transforming Tech continue to bring fresh ideas and passion to the Pack Unity mission. Our alliance stands as a testament to the power of unity and collaboration. We have become a trusted platform for women to seek advice, find mentorship, and champion each other’s successes. Our timeline is filled with milestones that capture the essence of our collective journey. From our humble beginnings to our present impact, we continue to evolve, embracing new ideas and initiatives that uplift and empower women.
