Fingerprint hashes

Hello,

I have a question. I’ve been scrolling darkweb and saw fingerprint hash dumps.

I use fingerprint to unlock i.e. banking account and telegram. If a hacker knows my fingerprint hash can he unlock it too?

Does seperate applications has seperate fingerprint hashes? I.e. is original fingerprint hash is stored somewhere in the OS and then it gets encrypted again for each app? Or is it just stored in the OS and application request response from the OS whether the input is correct?

Are regular passwords more secure than fingerprints?

I’m not an engineer so please don’t judge. I’m a fraud analyst and this is my field of interest. I’m constantly searching for ways to better identificate fraud rings.
