Hello! I work for a software company and I am working on turning our site into a progressive web app. I need to test by connecting to my laptop on the internal network via a phone. As of right now my personal phone is the only real option. IT is allowed to monitor any and all traffic on the internal network (understandably due to the nature of our business). Is there any way to make my phone (Android) use mobile data for all web traffic except for specific IP addresses/hostnames?

( I don’t need a lecture about how I shouldn’t be using my personal device for work. I have saved you the trouble by writing it all out and then reading it to myself so you don’t have to)
