As an executive member of our team, you will lead the company by: 1) building a scalable and high quality engineering practice, putting great culture, processes, and tools in place; 2) strategically planning, organizing, and executing full scope engineering work; 3) recruiting and cultivating top tier engineering talents. The HOE will report to the CEO and collaborate with other leaders on the management team.
