Ok I’ll ask the dumb question: what is “semi fanless”?
ANSWER: the fan has a “quiet mode” when the PSU is being used less than 15% (97.5 Watts). So if you’re using this for gaming that feature is pointless since the psu will always be used above 97.5 Watts
